Cheteshwar Pujara Signed a Contract with English County Club Sussex 2022
Indian cricketer Cheteshwar Pujara has signed a contract with county club Sussex. He will play for Sussex in the 2022 season. He will play not only in the county championship but also in the Royal ODI Cup.
Cheteshwar Pujara did not get a place in the series against Sri Lanka at home due to poor performance. Even no franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL) has fielded him. This batsman will play county cricket at this time.
Cheteshwar Pujara is not new to county cricket. The cricketer had previously played for Yorkshire and Gloucestershire. Cheteshwar Pujara is not having a good time at all for the latest national team. Even in the latest Ranji Trophy, the batsman did not have a good time with the bat.
The batter will replace Aussie batter Travis Head in the county team Sussex. The Aussie batsman has withdrawn from county cricket due to the busy schedule of the national team and being by the side of his child-bearing wife.

He has scored 8,613 runs in 95 Tests for India at an average of 43.6. In first-class cricket, he has scored 18,948 runs at an average of 50.59 in 228 matches.
